Shipping Policy

  • All Bearings are shipped by USPS. A tracking number will be provided to the customer shortly after the order is processed.
  • Unfortunately, no international shipments can be completed. Only Continental US is available at the moment.
  • PROCESSING TIME - Most orders can be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 days. Average lead time for Ground Shipping is between 2 - 5 business days. Business is closed on weekends; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Shipping offer cannot be applied to past purchases, redeemed for cash equivalent, used to purchase gift cards, or used as payment on an account. MDM Bearings Inc. reserves the right to cancel any offer at any time and to cancel orders arising from pricing, technical, or other errors.

Return Policy

We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. You can request a return authorization within 30 days of delivery. Buyer must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items

Please follow the return instructions below:

  1. Send an email to info@mdmbearings.com to request an RMA form. We cannot accept any returns without this form. Include the following information in your email...
    • First and last name
    • Order number
    • Item Numbers & pieces you are returning Within 2 business days you will receive a completed RMA form. Please print this and send it with the returned merchandise. We require this so that we can match your return with your purchase.
  2. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must email us the tracking numbers once shipped.
  3. Please ensure your return is mailed within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA form.
  4. A maximum restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged.
  5. All returns should be sent back in the original packaging.
  6. For customers in the USA, please allow up to 30 days for us to process a refund. We offer a refund for returns to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase once items are inspected and return is approved. Return subject to inspection and 25% restocking fee.
  7. We will NOT refund any money for packages returned without issuing of a Return Authorization number
  8. Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damage Policy

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or product. Email proof and description to info@mdmbearings.com.
  • Inspect all deliveries even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If items are damaged on arrival an exchange will be made or credit issued. Write down any visible damage such as a crushed box, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and contact our customer service department immediately. Customers must inspect each box upon delivery to make sure they received the items they ordered.
