Inverter Protection- Variable speed applications. Motors now need to deal with significant voltage spikes, heating due to low speeds, shaft voltages and the slow degradation of the insulation by corrosive ozone produced as a result of corona effect. The inverter is duty wire, phase insulates our coils while minimizing the chance of shorts. Vacuum impregnation process eliminates air bubbles, reducing the deleterious effects of the corona. Efficient design reduces temperatures when running at low speeds allowing for 15:1 constant torque turndowns.
